Policies
Our policies are here to help ensure every Dream Away Soirée sleepover runs smoothly from start to finish. Please take a moment to review these important details about our teepee sleepover rentals, setup, and pickup process. These guidelines help us keep each experience safe, seamless, and magical for every family we serve in the Rochester, MN area.
1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.

Changes to bookings (such as rescheduling, guest totals, and add-ons) must be made before final payment has been received.

No shows on the day of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
2. Cleaning and Damage

Please ensure the equipment is returned free of stains, food, and debris.

Clients are responsible for any damages or loss of equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

A $75 damage deposit will be added upon final party payment. It will be returned to the client after party supplies are checked within 1–2 days following the event.
3. Equipment Use & Safety

Our rentals are designed for indoor use. Outdoor setups are allowed only with prior approval and in suitable weather conditions.

Equipment is intended for children aged 5 and up. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Do not allow children to climb on or misuse the equipment.

Infants should not be near the setups, especially on the air mattresses.

Pets are not allowed on the mattresses to avoid punctures.
4. Allergen Information
While we strive to use materials free of common allergens and clean with hypoallergenic products, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any specific concerns prior to your event.
5. Photography & Marketing
We may take photos or videos of our setups for promotional purposes. No identifiable images of children or guests will ever be shared without prior consent.
6. Weather & Unexpected Events
Dream Away Soirée is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the rental tents.

If evidence of smoking is found before setup, the party will be cancelled.

If evidence is found after pickup, the $75 security deposit will be forfeited and a $100 fine will be applied.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Dream Away Soirée is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the use of our equipment or services. By renting from us, you accept responsibility for supervising children and ensuring safe use of all equipment.
9. Privacy Policy
At Dream Away Soirée, we value your privacy. We collect basic information such as your name and email to process bookings and communicate updates. We may also collect your Instagram or Facebook handle for giveaway entries.
We do not sell your information and only share it with trusted vendors when necessary to fulfill services or promotions. While we take precautions to protect your data, complete security over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
10. Return Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the product details and preview images before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
